Genetic Engineering, Genetic Modification, or Traditional Breeding: Paranormal Psychiatry (PNP)

Tres Mali Scott
This Topic is endorsed by TMSC Consulting Services, LLC Psychic Nosology Division, Under Paranormal Psychiatry by Tres Mali Scott, M.Ed., M.S., Ph.D. (ABD) 2nd & 3rd Pulitzer Center Citizen Journalist Awarded and Charter Member of Helium.com Where Knowledge Rules. First Published 6/28/2011 on Paranormal Psychology: An International Look

Regulating International Medical issues is difficult because of Intra-country variation in medical laws and ethics. As a result of International prison problems with transgendered people, i.e., genetic modifications that caused male physical features with female genitals and female physical features with male genitals. This is not the same as hermaphrodites, which is a birth defect of an individual born with both male and female genitals; genetic engineering genetic modification, or traditional breeding methods are under a microscope legally and ethically.
Genetic engineering, genetic modification or traditional breeding methods are intentional manipulation of an organism’s genome using DNA technology.

What is a Genome?

A genome is:
  • haploid set of chromosomes of an organism, or
  • complete set of genetic material of an organism, or
  • all of the biological information needed to build and maintain a living example of that organism.
Genome is encoded, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA). Divided into genes, the genes attach to the genome, they switch on gene expression.
The encoded DNA chain is make up of four chemical basis and the sugar 2′-dexoxyribose. The four chemical basis of DNA are:
  •  acdenine (A) & guanine (G) called purines and
  • cytosine (C) & thymine (T) called pyrimidines

How Is Genetic Engineering, Genetic Modification, or Traditional Breeding Done?

Genetic engineering, genetic modification, or traditional breeding is for reproduction of life. The natural environment is used:
  • Sex,
  • Rape,
  • artificial insemination
  • Reproductive processes (flowers do not have sex).
And the laboratory.
People do the same things, use the same methods, and practice for good, bad, or neutral. Traditional breeding, genetic engineering, or genetic modification can also be dangerous. Used to genocide medically, medical war crimes, like Nazi Germany, & ethnic cleansing through biological warfare.
These methods can also:
  1. Heal,
  2. Manipulate out diseases,
  3. Manipulate out handicaps, and
  4. Manipulate out birth defects.
These methods can also maintain what has already been accomplished.

What is a Mutation?

Mutation, historically is thought of an alternation physically, biologically, or genetically of an organism in a negative manner:
  • Malfunction,
  •  Maladaptive, or
  •  Inferior results.
An organism can also mutate to become:
  • Higher functioning,
  • More adaptive, or have
  • Superior results.
Mutation occurs in the environment and is not through intentional manipulation or the desired results, if manipulation has occurred. Natural traditional breeding can also look like a mutation with higher functioning, more adaptive, or superior results.

From--Counselor Corner SP®: As Counselors, We Also Look At Our Client’s Religion!

From: Counselor Corner SP® & Tres Mali Scott
This topic is endorsed by Counselor Corner SP® by Tres Mali Scott, M.Ed., M.S., Ph.D. (ABD)--Certified School Counselor Oklahoma State Board of Education since 1998

I am a Psychiatrist, why is this important to me? Psychiatrist give assessment and evaluations that shape the course of the lives of the individuals they evaluate. Understanding religious vocabulary can help you give more objective assessments and evaluations.

As counselors, we also look at our client’s religion. Religion gives sets of rules that dictate how we respond and behave. Each religion has values, norms, and beliefs that shape how we interpret our world, our environment, our relationships, our goals, our hopes, and our dreams.
Each religion has a vocabulary that describes. For example, the educational discipline and psychology discipline have similar theories, but different words to describe them.
  • What is considered acceptable vocabulary for our experiences is also evaluated according to religion. Most religions have prayers and rituals that have been repeated since childhood and the wording is mental training. Some religions have violent wording that is in conflict with the norms of appropriate societal behavior, including suggestions of suicide, homicide, or abuse.
  • Though counseling does not support or encourage religion, it is important to evaluate clients in context of what they consider appropriate as a result of upbringing and training. This is important in treatment planning and approach to counseling.
Again, as counselors, we also look at our client’s religion. Though counseling does not encourage or support religion, what vocabulary client’s use to describe can be better understood if the origin of the meaning is known.

The Scott 20-10-20 Processing Curricula Development Plan for Lesson Planning 2010 & Beyond: The Paranormal Psychology View–International Library of Paranormal Psychology

 American Theorist Tres M. Scott
The Scott 20-10-20 Processing Curricula Development Plan for Lesson Planning 2010 & Beyond: The Paranormal Psychology View–International Library of Paranormal Psychology

Curricula development and the United States of America Educational System falls under paranormal Psychology (PNP) because curricula development, lesson plans, test construction, and extracurricular activities consider students’ physical, physiological, biological, psychological, and social development. With improvements in identification and diagnoses of true psychopathology and what is called the “mainstreaming system”, paranormal psychology is a discipline to collect effective improvements for our “mainstream population” of students for solutions to the educational issues.
Students that are a part of the mainstream “student body” may have mild forms of psychopathological disorders that will not be diagnosed or formally treated, and effects achievement and functioning. Understanding the non-psychopathological issues improve curricula development, test construction, lesson plan development, improve social training, and increase participation of students in extracurricular activities.
Some non-psychopathological presentations of symptoms are a result of the changes in society, increases in technology, and increased access to information.
The Scott 20-10-20 Processing Curricula Development Plan for Lesson Planning 2010 & Beyond is based on the majority of the populations increase in mental processing speed. An example is typing speed verses writing speed. Typing speed is faster than writing speed. When a person is comprehending what is being typed, the more words typed per minute shows an increase in mental processing. Data inputting is not considered because it does not require reading or understanding what is inputted.
Computer use video games and movies that replace reading a book have contributed to an increase in mental processing speed. School curricula must match the current mental processing of children.
I predict that more children will present as ADD or ADD w/Hyperactivity.00198208 It is not ADD or ADD w/Hyperactivity, it is a generation or two of children with a processing speed and learning processing that is not matched by the current school system curricula.
The solution to the problem is:
  • Shorter, quicker paced lessons.
  • Repeating the information in different ways in this shorter or briefer lesson.
The Standard Process for The Scott 20-10-20 Processing Curricula Development Plan for Lesson Planning 2010 & Beyond style is:
  1. A 20 minute lesson: what the lesson is about, the details of the lesson, and what the lesson was about.
  2. A 10 minute activity that reinforces details of the lesson.
  3. A 20 minute in a different presentation of the original lesson: what the lesson is about, the details of the lesson, and what the lesson was about.
This process of learning is based on a 50 minute learning period or class.

Recent New Child-onset Schizophrenia Diagnosis: From Paranormal Psychiatry, The Paranormal Psychology View

Tres Mali Scott
This topic is endorsed by The International Library of Paranormal Psychology Research Journal & Related Fields by Tres Mali Scott, M.Ed., M.S., Ph.D. ( ABD)
j0234543 All new diagnosis fall under paranormal psychology (PNP) because PNP deals with the mild forms of disorders and  diagnosis. The diagnosis for schizophrenia criteria is based on the age 21 because a certain amount of learning, language acquisition, moral development, and social development must occur in order to correctly diagnose schizophrenia. published an article on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 that brought this issue to the publics attention. I first heard of this problem in 2003 at , the first independent school of psychology in the United States of America. A student in class brought to our attention, that in Watts, California, young children presented behavior that was described as “schizophrenic”.
High levels of mercury in vaccines is also associated with this new diagnosis. February 16- March 15, 2005 states on page nine in the Nutritional Updates:
Vaccines- It was recently disclosed that officials at Merck Pharmaceutical Company knew as far back as 1991 about dangerously high mercury levels in their children’s vaccination. A memo released by the company (by court order) stated that one of their own scientists found mercury levels in vaccinated children to be 87 times the safe level determined by the FDA. That is 8,700% higher! Despite this warning, vaccine manufacturers continue to add the mercury-containing preservative thimerosal to even more children’s vaccines… –Read about it on the website www.wnho.net.
Reasons this diagnosis for Child-onset Schizophrenia is not accurate:
  1. At these ages, there is not enough language acquisition.
  2. At these ages, there is not enough moral development.
  3. At these ages, there is not enough social experience and development.
  4. At these ages, there is not enough emotional development.
  5. At these ages, there is not enough understanding or a concept of God.
  6. At these ages, there is not enough understanding of  Religion and the Law, which gives rules for living and behavior.
The United States of America’s school systems teaches to a certain level that allows the criteria of this diagnosis to be valid and reliable.
“Rule Outs”  for correct diagnosis of what is called Child-onset Schizophrenia:
  1. Emotional Disturbed (ED)
  2. Attention Deficit Disorder with Hyperactivity (ADD)
  3. Mood Disorders
  4. Hearing Problems (effects and affects language acquisition, socialization, emotional development, learning in school).
  5. Parenting Styles (how the parent deals with aggressive behaviors and other inappropriate behaviors, how the parents deal with reinforcing positive behaviors).
  6. Parents past drug use (effects the physiology of the child, rule out biological bases and medical issues that affect mental state). New drugs such as Meth, Crank, and others with similar chemical make up, now have offspring whose behaviors have not been studied. For example, over the counter cough syrup has the foundation chemicals for Meth.
  7. Medical problems and other biological bases for psychological problems (not from parents past drug use).
  8. *Toxins & Poisons (Bio, Biological, and Germ-Warfare, Terrorism, Para-terrorism)
*On 3/4/2010 Radio News MPR 89.90 reported a story about Siegel, West Africa where battery recycling caused lead poisoning in infants and children that caused at least 18 deaths and numerous injuries, defects, and developmental abnormalities.
Another Case of A Vaccine associated with a Psychological issue:
The Anti-Vaccine movement looks at many of these cases. I, , M.Ed., M.S., ABD am not Anti-Vaccine. I have personally taken many of the vaccines that are being questioned. I am “Pro-Correct Dose”.  This may look like a “Correct Dose Vaccine Movement”.
The Radio News on 89.95MHz at 1:00pm on 2/2/2010 stated that Dr. Andrew Wakefield, British Gastroenterologist suggested an association between childhood Mumps/Measles/Rubella (MMR) immunization, bowel disease and autism:
Interaction between viruses could:
  1. Have a negative impact on a child’s immune system,
  2. Lead to persistent infection gastrointestinal tract, and
  3. Lead, in the long run to possible brain damage and autism.
The article was published in :

Journal of Pediatrics
Journal Article, Research Support, Non-U.S. Gov’t
Furlano, RI; Anthony, A; Day, R; Brown, A; McGarvey, L; Thomson, MA; Davies, SE; Berelowitz, M; Forbes, A; Wakefield, AJ; Walker-Smith,JA; Murch, SH;
University Department of Pediatric Gastroenterology, The Inflammatory Bowel Diseases Study Group, Royal Free and University College School of Medicine, London United Kingdom.
Colonic CD8 and gamma delta T-cell infiltration with epithelial damage in children with autism.
This study was looking at a common problem in children with autism. One finding is the autistic children were less severe than classical inflammatory bowel disease.
Dr. Andrew Wakefield is now being accused of being dishonest, acting irresponsibly, and taking money from the people suing the pharmaceutical company.

Improving Research For Online Publication

This Topic is endorsed by TMSC Consulting SVCS, LLC Management & Leadership Division by Tres Mali Scott, Who's Who of Professionals in Management since 2000 How can research improve for online publication? Three Online Research Keys include:
  1. Your Own Original Researched Work,
  2. Real Data You Manipulate Yourself, and
  3. Wording That Your Audience Can Understand.
Research is a systematic and scientific investigation that includes methods of collecting, analyzing and reporting data to increase our understanding of a research subject, topic, or phenomenon. The "Introduction" of a research article is considered researched information and should be your "own original work". The Materials & Methods, Results, and Discussion sections of the research article contain real data that has been manipulated and is being reported. A general list of sections of a research article include:
  • Title Page
  • Abstract
  • Introduction
  • Materials & Methods
  • Results
  • Discussion
  • Literature Cited
The third Key for online research publication is " Wording that your audience can understand":
  • Who is your audience?
  • Can they understand what the article subject is?
  • Can they understand the background information of the article (Introduction)?
  • Can they understand what materials you used and the method you used?
  • Can they interpret and understand the results?
  • Can they understand the discussion?
Each audience may be different, meaning who the article is worded to for understanding. For example: An article written for Medical Doctors as an audience is not worded, formatted or presented the same as an article written for High School Students. Research Methods include: The Goal:
  1. Exploratory Research-structures and identifies new problems.
  2. Constructive Research-develops solutions to a problem.
  3. Empirical Research-test the feasibility.
The Type:
  1. Primary Research-a collection of data that does not yet exist.
  2. Secondary Research-a summary , collation and/or synthesis of existing research.
The Social Sciences:
  1. Qualitative Research- understanding human behavior.
  2. Quantitative Research-systematic empirical research.

Observing to Record Behaviors and for Administration/Management

Tres Mali Scott
When documenting observed behavior is apart of a research, a therapy session,  an intake, or an assessment, what is considered a "baseline behavior" is the most common, consist, or repeated behavior. "Baseline behaviors" are used when assessing an individuals behaviors, they are considered how a person, animal, or other subjects (plants, for example) responses even in different situations. "Baseline behaviors" could also be considered depositional responses.

Baselining is also used in administration and management as a way to assess the strengths of an employee or trainee. An example is if one person writes better than another or another communicates better than another, than these baseline behaviors of the employee would be used to delegate responsibilities that causes success to the department, company, organization, etc.

Para-terrorism: The Paranormal Psychiatry View

Tres Mali Scott
This topic is endorsed in part by The International Library of Paranormal Psychology by Tres Mali Scott 2nd & 3rd Place Pulitzer Center Citizen Journalism Awarded Writer for Crisis Reporting.

Para-terrorism falls under Paranormal  Psychiatry (PNP) because it affects or effects symptoms and can be measured through Nosology. Para-terrorism is the reason for the development of Paranormal Psychiatry (PNP). Para-terrorism causes chronic stress disorder, which affects, effects, agitates, or increases the symptoms of an existing physical, biological, or mental condition.  Para-terrorism is a scientific study of the effects and affects of the use of para-terrorist techniques on behavior, mental processes, and how para-terrorism is affected by an organism’s physical and mental state, external and internal environment.

Physical state includes clothing and jewelry because para-terrorist use religious practices and clothing and jewelry are influence by religion. Physical state also includes physical health. An example is that Muslim men wear clothing that some other cultures would consider a "dress".

Mental state includes religion and outlines internal self-talk. Internal environment is psyche, psychic phenomena, and the soul. Mental state also includes psychological and psychiatric mental conditions.

Tres M. Scott, M.Ed., M.S., Ph.D. (ABD)’s coherent group of general propositions used to explain para-terrorist phenomena (Theory).  The Theory of Para-terrorism.

The five main components that "para-terrorist/para-terrorism" uses:
1. A major para-terrorist act or a precipitating event.
2. Acute Stress Disorder or causing something that is characterized like Acute
Stress Disorder.
3.Continued terrorism or continued para-terrorism.
4. Stress reinforcers or maintenance of the stress.
5. Chronic Stress Disorder or causing something that is characterized like Chronic
Stress Disorder.

The Goal of the Theory of Para-terrorism: is to understand, describe, control, and predict the behaviors, technology, and techniques used by para-terrorists, to disarm and neutralize the security threats from para-terrorists.

Stimuli: Para-terrorist elicit responses from religious foundations for attacking. For example: para-terrorist use negative karma (strict religious named this sin). Sin or negative karma is an act considered morally wrong that causes negative chains of events to occur.

Use of Sensation and Perception: Many of the religious practices of para-terrorist include the use of psychic ability (strict religious call seers and prophets). The medical field also uses professional intituition, which may appear or present as a form of psychic ability, the discernment of diseases, conditions, criteria, or problems, Nosology. The sensations include awareness of supernatural and psychic phenomena, physical and emotional changes, as well as behavior changes. Some of these types of attacks are caused by a person’s psychopathology and some leads to psychopathology.

A paranormal psychological explanation for these types of sensations and perceptions are called the <a 17/the- "Clair-a’s" they include: Clairvoyance (clear seeing), Clairsentience (clear feeling/touching), Clairaudience (clear hearing/listening), Clairalience (clear smelling), Claircognizance (clear knowing), and Colorfastness (clear tasting).

Language, Thinking & Intelligence: Para-terrorist use religion and technology. For example: a spiritual understanding of other languages (strict religious call this Pentecost or Speaking & Interpreting Tongues). The word diagnosis comes from an ancient Greek word meaning "discernment". The word discernment is also a religious. Nosology is the discernment of diseases, conditions, criteria, or problems for the medical field.

The Deep Structure: The meaning includes psychic understanding. For example: Aberrations, psychic phenomena, use of Divine Beings and Spirits, Celestial Beings and Spirits, Demonic, Satanic, Ghostly, and Spiritual means. The physical affects or effects of Chronic Stress on an existing physical, biological, or mental condition.

Surface Structure: Organization of communication-code talking-sounds like it means something else. Some of these practices come from and lead to psychopathology. Psychopathology can be seen as mental diseases.

Code Talking: Impacts persons experiences. Language is acquired based on experience. Code talking may make it more difficult to process security threat information. Some mental diseases have disorganized speech, they can also be used  in para-terrorist attacks, this makes it even more difficult to decode or understand the true meaning.

Intelligence: For para-terrorism, the ability for a para-terrorist to acquire religious, technological, and medical knowledge.

Measure of Para-terrorist Intelligence: the acquired threat-example: access to computer systems, bot nets, false identity or identity theft documented, etc. For paranormal psychiatry, the use of biological para-terrorism and biological warfare.

Social Paranormal Psychology: Para-terrorist use identity theft and false identities to become members of organizations and companies. Once they gain access to key and strategic information, it is used to systematically destroy the individuals that are the "foundation" or "back bone" of the organization or company. It is part of human nature to want to feel "accepted" or "loved". Para-terrorist use this innate need to manipulate behavior. Medical facilities are organizations and para-terrorist also use them to commit biological para-terrorism and biological warfare.

Motivation: Para-terrorist are motivated by political gain and perceived religious morality. Most of the religions that practice para-terrorism believe in "suicide", and are willing to also kill others.

Abnormal Behavior: Para-terrorism is a form of abnormal behavior. Jayne’s Theory calls this "through backs to bicameralism". Bicameralism is controlled by the right hemisphere of the brain, which dominates left-hemisphere activity: individual subordinates consciousness of self to control by group, a higher power, or other individual. Through backs to Bicameralism is the re-emergence of bicameral consciousness in modern life. Specifically a religious frenzy (could also be a schizophrenic episode or poetic frenzy).

For Abnormal Paranormal Psychiatry

Reinforcing Cause: A maintaining of the triggered event. For example- the introduction of airborne pathogens that stress the society, TB out break, this is also considered biological warfare.

Paranormal Psychology Perspective of General Causes from Para-terrorism of the Abnormalities: material deprivation, i.e. financial crisis. Family patterns, example Israeli and Palestine fighting, the break up of families as stated in the Los Angeles Times.

Psychic Disturbances: Para-terrorist use psychic disturbances to distract the society and individuals.

Paranormal Psychological International Relationships and Processes: Para-terrorist use religious practices.

Para-terrorist use:
  • people, computers, electronics, satellites and signals, various instruments of detection, and forms of quantum physics
  • used to manipulate, cause fear, intimidate, to organize violence, and
  • especially cause unpleasant environments for political gains, purposes, and power.
Para-terrorists’ use religious practices and beliefs including but not limited to:
  • Witchcraft
  • Satanism
  • Magic, especially Black Magic, meaning deleterious
  • Sorcery’s that are deleterious
Examples we see everyday of Para-terrorist techniques are:
  • Hacking
  • Suicide Bombings
  • Bombings
  • Dropped Cell Phone Calls
  • Satellite Problems and satellite signal problems
  • Electronic failures, including difficulty accessing the Internet
  • Failure to receive electronic Mail (email)
  • Religious Suicides
  • Bomb Threats
  • Biological Warfare (some third world countries call it the use of Witches)
  • Identity Theft (used to access services and areas para-terrorist would otherwise not have access to)
  • Parasomnia
  • Psychic Disturbances
Counterpara-terrorism is: (Correction of Term—–Para-counterterrorist 1/09/2009 [counterpara-terrorism-to take account of para-terrorist, para-counterterrorist- beside those taking account of {supervision or management of counterpara-terrorist}]):
  • Threat Analyst
  • Observation of clandestine activities
  • Analyst of illegal activity
In the United States of America, as a result of the Oklahoma City Bombing, we are aware of Intra-National Terrorism. Threat Analyst includes, but is not limited to:
  • Religions
  • Organizations
  • Groups
  • Educational Institutions
  • Non-Profits
  • Foundations
An example of para-terrorism is the new digital plague (computer virus) named "Conficker Worm" of January 2009, is the worst computer infection since the "Slammer Worm" of January 2003. Conficker or Downdup’s effects include:
  • Microsoft Window’s network guessing of passwords
  • Guessing passwords of handheld gadgets like USB keys
  • As many as 9 million computers around the world have been infected
  • The Unified infected computers are called "bot nets" they are used to program the computers without the users knowing.
To define the terms see the Paranormal Psychological Dictionary .
